The 103 South district covers 13 Departments: from Aurillac to Perpignan, from Montpellier to Moissac via Toulouse with 14 Zones, 114 Clubs, 2050 Members, 2 Leos clubs, a third soon on Béziers (June 2). The Leos club of Toulouse Hermès Capitole has just organized (22-23 March) the national convention LEOS on TOULOUSE.
Our gourmet and culinary specialties
Bouzigues oysters, Octopus salad, Persillade knives, Mediterranean fish, Fish soup, Mediterranean red tuna, Macaronnade, Tielle, Toulouse sausage, Cassoulet de Castelnaudary, Duck breast, Duck confit, Foie gras ,AOC cheese, etc.
What more can we tell you? We have water and glass in our mouth!
Our wines
We will, with our wine appellations (Corbières, Faugères Pic Saint Loup, etc.) soon surpass the wines of Bordeaux!
Operation and actions of clubs
A large majority of Clubs have an account with the Lions de France foundation and donate funds to LCIF.
Our actions are based on health, solidarity, youth, the environment, culture and let’s not forget the International:
- Very large actions are increasingly organized in interclubs: Sale of tulips, roses, collection of radios, etc.
- Actions on the environment are increasingly done by many clubs.
- Maraudes, EHPAD aid, aid to neighbourhood associations complete the actions of several clubs.
An important action of the District
Many clubs are mobilizing for Guide Dogs through the action «30,000 apples for a guide dog».
